US SHIPPING

  • Your item will be shipped from our Distribution Centre in Fontana, CA.
  • We will ship your item via Fedex and your order will need to be signed for at your place of delivery.
  • If you wish to receive an SMS with a timed delivery slot, please enter your mobile number at checkout.
  • To track your order, please click on the ‘Track my Order’ button on your ‘Order Dispatched’ email. This will directly link you to the Fedex website with your tracking number pre-filled.
  • Express orders received Monday through Friday by 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time will ship the day they are received.
  • Express orders received after 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time will be processed to ship the following business day*.
  • Ground orders will be processed on the following business day and will ship within 24-48 hours.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM Pacific Standard time will not be processed until Monday or the following business day*.
  • Packages do not ship from our warehouse on the following holidays: New Year's Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
  • • 2 Day and Overnight shipping are not available to PO Boxes. • *Business days are Monday through Friday. Delivery times do not include Saturday or Sunday delivery. Overnight and 2 Day shipments processed on Fridays will be delivered Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    If you decide to cancel your order, we will make every attempt to cancel it prior to being shipped. Once the product is shipped, you will have to begin the return process. Please note that every shipping courier has their own policies, you will need to contact them after your order has been shipped.
